U.S. Army Highlights Process Based Leadership Implementation at Red River Army Depot

Red River Army Depot has begun implementing the Process Based Leadership model across its workforce as part of a broader effort to strengthen consistency, accountability, and communication throughout the installation. The initiative follows more than a year of collaboration with Competitive Solutions and represents a significant step toward creating systems that support sustained operational performance.
According to depot leadership, the model helps teams identify issues earlier, resolve problems before they affect readiness, and build predictable performance across complex operations.
Depot Commander Col. Denis J. Fajardo described the approach as a way to strengthen engagement and consistency while positioning the depot to better support the evolving needs of the warfighter.
